What the hell is an Irish Cream Kit Kat?

This chocolate mystery MUST be solved.

DIFFERENT FLAVOURED CHOCOLATE bars are nothing new but did you know that there’s an Irish Cream flavoured Kit Kat Chunky?

The mysterious items of confectionery was spotted in a shop in Namibia by Xiameow, who posted a snap of it to Reddit last night.

The bar costs about 46 cent (bargain) and seems to be a limited edition release. It has allegedly been spotted in South Africa too.

The Irish Cream is by no means the oddest Kit Kat we’ve heard of though. You can buy Green Tea flavoured ones in Japan.

There’s also an Apple Vinegar variety doing the rounds.

And even some form of mineral-based offering.

So, what’s the verdict from Xiaomeow on the Irish Cream?

Tasty but a bit strange, would buy again.

We’ll be getting in touch with Nestlé to try and find out exactly what’s in it and, most importantly, whether or not we’ll be seeing it in shops here any time soon.
